Talk on the phone while on the john? I think it is just gross. Seems to me you could call someone back if the phone rings when you are going...... I have heard people in restroom stalls get a phone call....AND THEY ANSWER. Bet THAT is a dirty phone!

First of all, phones are dirty period. You should take a handi wipe and clean it daily and especially after you handled it knowing your hands weren't washed.

As far as a public restroom I would never use the phone there. I don't like using them to begin with and a phone in hand just wouldn't even be possible trying to maneuver not touching anything else. Bleck!

I have heard others talking on the phone inside a toilet stall....I couldn't do it.

I have had others call me and heard flushing sounds in the background....completely takes away my interest in continuing the conversation!

Since I rarely use a cell phone? Will say that I that at times when on a long "hold" I have muted our land line phone while I went pp. I try to take care of sitting down business before I leave home and since I only carry my cell phone for emergencies?

I only turn it on when my wife says she might want to call me, and that is very seldom. Chances of my talking will doing this??? Sounds gross to me and not something I would ever consider even if I was a cell phone addict. I think!

No that's disgusting. The call can wait until I am finished. There's no one I need to talk to that badly. I think someone who does that has no class.

I've heard lots of people talking on their cell phones while in the stalls especially at airports and restaurants. What gives with that?

Only if I'm at home and on a conference call where I can't hang up. Especially if it's a looooong conference call and I REALLY NEED a bio-break. The phone gets muted, of course.
