I have been watching Qvc for more than 20 years and I like it less and less. I used to watch a lot and had to hold myself back from ordering too many things I liked. Now it is the same stuff over and over and the shipping and returning charges are too much. Also exchanges take forever and usually I don't get an exchange they just return it. I used to order and it was at my door in three days in Florida. I guess what Qvc used to have is stuff I had not seen and did not even know existed but had to have it once presented. Not anymore...now just stuff I can go to Walmart, Ulta, or department store to get. I do love convenience of ordering on line.

used to have it on, for "company". but the selling style has become so inane that I don't enjoy it as much

I don't watch the Q at all, haven't in many, many years.
I agree there has been a change and it started a long time back.

I watch much less ..It's easy to order online but I can do that with most any store for the same products. I'm fact before ordering i check online sources for same product and can usually find and often with better pricing due to coupons and constant sales they flash at online websitss.

Not to mention free shipping at many other sites. Yes, find myself doing the same. I believe QVC relied on "brand loyalty" (them being the brand) from older viewers who were their captive audience, back in the day...but the competition, and market, and viewer habits have changed...and "easy-pay" ad nauseum isn't a hook for me, nor is a dumbed down, cheaper version of a TSV. Give me a true sale price on good value, and free shipping. $7 to return is also a deterrent, as QVC sizing, (all over the place), is tough to nail. Add to that shipping is now slower than ever, customer service isn't anywhere near like it used to be and don't even get me started on the nonsensical presentations that give me more theatrics and much less information. (paging Jill Bauer, who, I could always count on to give me thorough information. ) Oh well, at least there's plenty of other good sources these days. Not saying I never shop with QVC anymore, but yes, my habits have definitely changed... Q's watching their bottom-line, so am I.

Probably 95% less. I used to walk into my office for 7 a.m., turn the TV on to QVC, and it would be on until I left 10-12 hours later. Today, I don't even put it on. When I get home, I watch cable news or a Hallmark channel or ... HSN! HSN shows seem to be so much better, especially the cooking shows.

Much less, i just don't like the way some host act on here.And prices are way too high.

Hardly at all now. I generally don't like the tone now, with some exceptions. I do still order via the website.

almost never. that includes hsn and shophq too.
so many things are celeb and they are costly. i never
buy according to who is endorsing it.
and i dont care for the party like stuff they do and act like a group of giggly girlfriends etc.
alot of things like clothes, purses, skin care and on and on i can find at a far less cost than a shopping channel.
