Do you think you could win on the game show Jeopardy?

I have to admit when I sometimes watch this show, I think how do these people know that?? Unless the catagory was "All about QVC" or "TV shows of the 70s", I would be standing there with my silent buzzer in my hand.

Some nights I know quite a few answers...other nights my answers are mostly incorrect. I could never be successful on Jeopardy. Even if I knew the answers, I'd be too nervous.

Just depends on the categories. Some I'd know many answers - some I would have no clue.

Many years ago I would think the same thing most days, but the questions are so much easier in recent years. There is a category here and there that I know nothing about, but for the most part, we find it pretty easy compared to how it was. But...no, I don't think I would win if I were actually on the show.

I watch the show faithfully and I do well on the final Jeopardy question but not good when I have to answer quickly. Love the show though. I also like the chase but that is another show where you must answer quickly.

When I was in college, I tried out for the "Jeopardy College Tournament." I made it as far as the regional preliminary round held at a Milwaukee TV station. I was no match for my opponents from Northwestern and DePaul. But I did get a t-shirt.
