Re: Do you remember Dave King, ex- QVC show host?

She would sell Cooks Essentials products when Meredith or Bob wardon were not avaible.  Usually late night.

Re: Do you remember Dave King, ex- QVC show host?

I'm also not familiar with her (not that it matters, eh?) but have always been a fan of Dave King.  He really got a raw deal.  He was one of their best.

I still remember this one Oktoberfest piece with him and Rick D, in lederhosen, dancing.

Anyway, now and then I see him in a show and have to rewind to make sure what I'm seeing.   I wish we could see him get bigger parts.  The ones I've seen lately were very small parts.

Anyway, I hope he is successful and happy.  Heart

I remember the Christmas skit he did with LR  ("Baby, It's Cold Outside"), which I thought was terrific.  I liked him very much as a host.

I liked Dave King. He was CALM and presented the products well.

I've only been with the Q about three years, but thought I read on the forum one time that Dave and Lisa R. had dated. Anyone know?

I remember when that rumor floated around here several years ago. Dave and Lisa did a Christmas video together singing "Baby It's Cold Outside". It was really cute and they did a good job. Someone on here posted the link a few years back. If I were more computer savvy I would look for it and post it.

@Mz iMac  Are you just joking when you say she had to play a dead body?  FF is a crime reenactment show, so she had a part as a live person (before she was killed of course. Smiley Happy   ).  Interesting that that was the pilot episode for FF.

If you watch even the first few minutes of that episode on Youtube in the link above, you can see what she looks like - she's certainly playing a live woman who finds out her husband is cheating on her.

@Pearlee

She played both parts, live & dead.  When FF shows the real bodies, their faces are always blurred out or not shown.

I love those FF marathons. Smiley Very Happy

May they enjoy the rest of their lives together.

How I'd love to have been in the locker room with Shane Victorino!

I wish him the best.  He sure has been busy!  Look at all the credits he has.  I didn't realize he did that much in the movies
