The internet is slower than my fingers and my mind is faster than both!

We just got our first misspelled, grammatically incorrect solicitation text message from some random company! DHs comment: "Can they not pay enough to hire someone who can write/spell?"

i always proof and spellcheck if needed, but i still have typos on occasion.

the thing is.......you really cannot proof your own work.  you need a different pair of eyes to find your errors.  you can check and check and still miss something that is staring you in the face.lol

Yes, but since one's eyes tends to see what they expect to see plenty of typos are missed.

Yes I make mistakes that I miss so I hope everyone gets the gist of what I'm saying.I don't expect perfection from anyone so that includes me.

Agree with all posters. Have to admit, I do judge people by their spelling and grammar, and yes, getting old is not for sissies. (note spelling)
