yes, my parents. My parents are in their 70's and have never shown an interest in technology.

Yes, a few. They fall into two categories; very old people or very poor people. Everyone else has a tablet, an I phone or a computer. And no one ever gives these things up because life without them is not simpler; it's more complicated, time consuming and just plain harder.

Yes, I know several. I understand completely, for some it is not in their budget and for others they do not know how to use them.

Yes, I know people who don't have computers, & they aren't elderly.

Yes.

Yes ... I have a friend that does not have a computer ... no laptop ... no iPad ... she has a cell phone but does not know how to store numbers, so she dials all the numbers when she makes a call ... does not text ... a couple months ago I was talking to her and she said she was taking computer classes ... I said, "but you don't have a computer" ... she said, "I know" ...
But she also does not have a microwave oven because "she doesn't know what kind to buy" ...
Need I say she is living in the dark ages and has a hard time making decisions ...

The only one I have (the one I am on now) is at my office so I am not online on the week-ends. Even my phone is ancient as can be only does T&T text and talk. Not having a computer at home or access to the internet saves me a lot of $$ from the costs of the services to the shopping I do not need to be doing.
Read a book or have a conversation with my mouth and not my fingers. Works for me but to give up a computer during the day I do not think so.

My granddaughter had recently accessed a site for her homework. I asked her what the kids who didn't have a computer did for the assignment. She said those students are given a book.
When I retired from teaching, there were quite a few kids who did not have computers in their households.

YES, I know not just anyONE but many people who do not have computers at home. It seems that it would be unusual in today,s world but in many parts of the country it is not. Our local school district has classroom computers but many families do not have home computers. Many of the families who are lucky enough to have a computer at home do not have internet access and have to go to the small local library or the McDonald's that is twenty minutes away to access the internet. Even having a home computer does not do most students too much good if there is not internet access............

Yes I have a good friend who does not use a computer. She has one, but has never turned it on. Her son tried to help her get started but she's really not all that interested. I wish she was online because there are always things I want to mention to her and wish I could just send her a quick email.
PS she doesn't text either lol But I love her!
