Depends. Usually Grapefruit juice and banana with oatmeal and cinnamon or sometimes lox (salmon) with rye toast. Other times an egg white protein breakfast sandwich from Panera's.

Me too.

If I don't have a little to eat in the morning I find myself pigging out thru the day. That's just me.

I'm hungry in the morning! I look forward to my tea or coffee and my.breakfast.

If I had a cook..I'd likely have a small breakfast every morning, that included an egg and some toast. I feel great all morning, when I eat this way, but I just don't feel like making it most mornings. Cereal or oatmeal are easier.

Always! Especially since I work out in the AM. I'd pass out without eating breakfast.
