I may track a few more things this year for the heck of it. I'm into planners.
I do daily, the weather/time/sunrise. It's fun for me.

I don't use a planner, but I love using Excel spreadsheets to keep track of things. I've purchased a lof athletic-type clothing from one company and track my likes/dislikes.
I also used a Word document to post photos and descriptions of some of my pearl jewelry pieces.

I have 2
1 - health chart - just a few items - cholesterol (good and bad) - weight - A1C
so i can at a glance - from year to year
2 - gardening - seeding - transplant - fertilize - how much yield is on a spread sheet
during the summer - my whole calendar - spray for bug - when to spray again - when to fertilize again etc

@qualitygal I track when the hummers come and go each year. I also track when ice forms on the lake and when it leaves in Spring. I track my first and last swim of the year in the lake as well.
I have almost two acres of gardens so I track plantings of shrubs and trees as well. For the house, I keep a record of all major changes (new roof, new shed, new deck, new patio, etc).
I guess that makes me the official log keeper of the home.

I usually jot info down on my calendar in my room. Also have a journel app on my iphone that I have begun using too. My MIL use to journel every day---

Track? Not sure what you mean exactly by "tracking." But no, I don't do it. I do record what I eat daily to be sure I get all my needed nutrition at my advanced age, but I don't keep a day to day count of it that would be tracking I guess.

I don't write down info but I follow weather-my area and my kids, horoscopes (don't believe a word of it ),
'water levels in NYS reservoirs.
I do track my weight and my blood sugar daily.

I just jot down on a calendar where I HAVE BEEN that day.
I watch too many crime shows(!!!)

I haven't used a planner since I got my first smart phone ten years ago. I don't track things just for the sake of tracking them. I track what I eat because that's crucial for weight loss and my health. I track my weight and blood pressure weekly.
