No. It's a marketing ploy to get you to spend money. Businesses will use anything to get you to open up your wallet.

easy pay is offered daily.  and Q card purchasers always get max easy pay anytime.

I don't find it condescending, but it doesn't make a lot of sense either. I don't see any connection between the two.

Every time I hear the term Easy Pay I laugh because of something our Pastor said one Sunday.  Lol.  He was talking about debt, money management, and specifically about stores offering 3 , or 10, or small easy payments. He said, "There is no such thing as an easy payment.  I have never an easy payment in my life. I have never found it easy to make any payment".    It was something like that, but it was funny.  They say Easy Payments, but in reality what  is easy about owing someone money, lol.  Just a little levity there!
