Once again, I sent back an item to ShopNBC and they have no record of receiving it! It's been way over a month and nothing.
Thank goodness I send everything back either UPS or USPS online so I have a record of it.
Just called and they will do an investigation and I should see a credit in 7-10 days.
Been so very busy that I always "assume" the package is received and I will receive my credit..this one got away from me.
I wonder how many others fall into the same category, assuming and not checking....I need to do something different so another one doesn't fall between the cracks..any suggestions?
