I woke up this morning determined to eat less and exercise more...like I do so many other mornings.

I think the walkiing isn't just about exercise here. I think in this saying it is also about meditation. Awareness. Being present.

Yes, good basic wisdom. I’ve often said that as I’ve aged I eat half as much and exercise twice as much to maintain the same weight. I remember reading that watching sitcoms or something that makes you laugh can be healing. Love is the highest form of energy, good for the body, so that’s a great place to be mentally. It’s hard to maintain though. Nice proverb.
