Agree possibly for living longer. But for me, living happier is more important. I'd be very unhappy if I were to cut what I eat in half. To me food is love & happiness. Walking, sure it is healthy, but I'm so busy that given the opportuntiy to nap, I'd much rather relax than walk double. Laugh triple - yeah, sure, why not ? Sounds good. Love without measure - not sure what without measure means. Just love without considering who you are putting your love , tiime and effort to ? Love without considering who it is you're loving and if they are worthy of your love or not - just love blindly ? I disagree.

I totally agree with eating less,but I just can't do it.For me food is a stress reliever.
