There are some people who wake up each morning just looking for things that may bother a few people and then make a big deal out of it,

It's too bad that dumb feminists spend their time whining about stuff like this and not the REAL problems in the world.

True...frivolous.

No, it doesn't bother me and I hate the idea that someone used it as an opportunity to diminish wearer's and his team's achievement. While I understand the push to encourage girls toward STEM careers, blaming a shirt for deterring girls from future science and engineering careers is utterly asinine.

Once this thread was opened it was obviously not about grammar. So yes, once again the grammar police were impolite at best.

It were obvious.{#emotions_dlg.laugh}

I only wish the grammar mistake and the shirt were the worst things we have to worry about. The old saying ""don't sweat the small stuff"" is applicable here. It is mind-boggling what they managed to accomplish.

It's also mind-boggling to me the things that different posters come up with to talk about here.

You shouldn't have reported it OP. The grammar police like nothing better than when someone makes a mistake like that, especially in the title. Now they'll curse you for being a kill-joy.

Oh, I know how it goes here. And it's even worse because it's ME!

I've noticed that. Why are there some posters who for some reason are so frequently picked on? While others can do no wrong and seem to have adoring followers, are treated to cyber hugs and venerated as sweethearts (when they actually aren't), and woe betide the poster who dares mouth off to them. And the exalted ones even start frivolous threads at times!
