Prell Shampoo Original Bottle

Me too!  It was that thick green liquid.  My mother bought it and that's what we used.

Yes I used Prell as a kid since it's what we had.  Looking at that bottle I can smell it ☺

Yes to both.  I love seeing that pearl drop slowly down the Prell bottle in the '60's.  Christy Brinkly did ads for them way back in the '80's.

Yes, growing up mom always bought Prell shampoo for the family to use.  After I starting working and had my own money I bought Herbal Essence shampoo for myself, loved the fragrance!

Using either white Rain or Prell shampoo?

Yes, @Bonkers1, plus Luster Crème (in a jar), Halo, Breck, Tame, Gee Your Hair Smells Terrific, Herbal Essence, Finesse, Wella Balsam, probably others I'm not remembering at the moment.

I  remember both brands.  I never liked Prell; it was too harsh.

I did use White Rain a few times.

My favorite shampoo was JUST WONDERFUL.  It was not thick, more like water and never really lathered.

I had long straight black/very dark brown hair and it made my hair so shiny that people, even strangers, used to stop me and ask what I used to get it that way.

My mother used Just Wonderful hairspray, but I NEVER used any hair spray on my hair.  Too much alcohol.
