I agree @PhillyGirl23 . It's a contract between Ceasar's and Live Nation. The last I read that her residency WILL happen but it will be in the early Spring.

I haven't heard any of the news about this other than the shows were on hold. I can't imagine that she would put such a huge show as this on hold because of a boyfriend issue. I just don't buy that. If things were going on there that would negatively impact the type of performance that she could give, and these things were out of her control, then I don't blame her for holting it. I mean, it's her name and reputation on the line.

I don't know if it was boyfriend problems but after reading about what was happening, it was not because of Covid. The show, the music, the sets; nothing was ready. They say Adele couldn't make decisions about anything and she constantly made costly changes. They say she's known for suffering with anxiety with live performances. I do think waiting until the very last minute to cancel, when she knew those shows weren't going to happen, was unforgivable. They say if the shows are rescheduled, it won't happen until some time in 2023.
