l feel sorry for all the people who flew to Vegas to see her. They paid for a plane ticket, hotel and ticket to see her and go home without seeing her! Are they being reimbursed for all the money they spent? I know l wouldn't be happy...

Apparently Adele has never heard of the old show-biz adage "The Show Must Go On".

imo Completely unprofessional diva act to pull out of a Las Vegas multi million dollar extravaganza gig THE DAY BEFORE IT STARTS!! Yeeeesh. Surely there must have been plans, rehearsals, run-thrus, etc...

There have been so many different stories as to why the show was canceled, it is hard to know what to believe. First it was due to Covid , then it was that she was fired because she was demanding, and the last thing I saw was she just quit. Who knows? Regardless,a lot of people are unhappy because they were ripped off in a big way. Even if you don't have to travel very far to Las Vegas, seeing her show would still be expensive and they are now out a lot of money. The last thing I heard is that they were refunding tickets but that's all. Fans were left with unused hotel rooms and airfare expensives.

I did hear from a youtuber that she has been preoccupied with her boyfriend that she has been arguing with him on the phone. She probably was not ready for a big show in Vegas. I have always gotten the impression that Adele just wants to sing and not do all the fancy stuff other singers do in Vegas. I am wondering what prompted her to say yes. She seems to be a very private person. She does not enjoy touring either.

I liked her before I saw the interview she did with Oprah. I'm not surprised she cared nothing for those she disappointed and who lost money.

I like Adele, but I don't feel super impressed with her.

I really wouldn't want to see/hear her in person.

@occasionalrain ... Really? I didn't realize she was interviewed by Oprah! Sounds like she's full of herself! How did Oprah react to her?

Ceasar's Palace complaints are questionable. They have someone to take over at least 4 of the weekend events that Adele was supposed to have. It's a country music star (I can't recall). All the gossip about her having problems with her boyfriend that are affecting her decision making for these events sound silly to me. The Brit Awards will be full of people not wearing masks. Maybe that's why she's not going. Mandates have been dropped in Great Britain.

Keith Urban is going to replace her temporarily. I don't know what her problem is about her appearing at Caesars..I read that they just can't please her no matter what they do..Maybe she needs to step back for awhile to resolve her problems.
