Do You Look or Reply To Threads With a High Reply Count

Just Curious. If I see a thread with a lot of posts I might open it but rarely reply. I figure with so many posts no one cares or will read what I post and I probably won't read them all as it will take so long. How about you? Will you open it and read it? Will you post?
