Do You Know What Canola Oil Is?

I didn't know this till today.

Canola stands for Canadian oil, low acid.

It is made from rapeseed and/or field mustard. Rapeseed was originally used as fuel for lamps.

80% of the crop is genetically modified and shows more promise as a replacement for fossil fuels.
