Yes - but then I'm from Wisconsin.  We've had a mild winter so far but in our really bad years, we never got the national coverage that the east coast has recently.  And when i was still working, we never closed so it was take a personal or vacation day if you couldn't get in to work.

I thought the coverage excessive - my sympathy goes to people with wild fires and really bad flooding.  Now that's major.

Totally agree! I'm in SC. We go Bat $#%& Crazy when we get even one inch of snow! And 1/4 of ice shuts us down.
