Do People Really Change?

When someone shows me who they are (negatively), it takes a long time and a lot of effort on their part to prove to me that they've changed.

I don't know if that's a good trait, bad trait, or just human nature.

I can be civil and polite, but generally try not to interact with them.

I've rarely seen anyone really change who & what they are, at their core.

But, when someone shows me how truly good & decent they are, I can forgive a lot from them.

We humans are an interesting breed, aren't we? {#emotions_dlg.biggrin}
