I ordered A215297 Birkenstocks for my daughters birthday in early July. I ordered the color Anthrcite. I paid for expedited shipping and the total purchase was $126.79. When they arrived the color was Pink! Called CS and was told to use free shipping label to return and I had them in the mail that day. Along comes the second pair, same thing! Pink shoes. Called again and was told an email would be sent to the warehouse to be sure the right color was sent. The third pair again was Pink! Back to the post office they go. Yesterday I was looking at my orders on line and did not see the fourth pair being shipped so I phoned again and was told it had been turned over to Corporate. I was also told whether I received the shoes or not I would have to pay my bill when it arrived! I am so upset as rarely do I charge anything on the Q card and when I do I pay it off when the bill comes.

I feel as though I have been treated like a crook. I am closing my Q Card account today. I am so afraid to ever order from QVC again as this could happen with any item. It's a rare occasion for me to ever return anything and have been a member for many years, yet I can count on one hand how many returns I have made. This is not my mistake. Two boxes were marked the correct color while one box was marked Pink the color I did not want. QVC has not been the same since they moved their warehouses. The CS are so rude. QVC was built on their good customer service as most companies are but it is no longer their. The trust is gone so it's all over for me.

I am a senior and nowhere in this small county sells Birkenstocks and I am 50 miles from the closest city or I would have purchased them somewhere else after I returned them the first time. There is only one place on line that sells Birkenstocks in a narrow size. The regular width is too wide. QVC's Birkenstocks even though they are sold as a regular width are the actual Birkenstock narrow.

I will pay the bill when it comes as I do not want to damage my credit but I will be closing my Q Card account and will continue to carry this further with consumer affairs and another agency.
