Do I Have a Right to

get copies of a document I signed at a doctor's office? I declined to use the equipment less than 24 hours later and returned it to the doctor's office and got a receipt.

I've been emailng and calling them but have not received a return call or a copy of the two documents I signed.

I know doctor's offices are so busy. How long should I give them?

I'll need them to prove that I did not use the equipment for 21 days.
