Discover Bank CD problems?

Just wondering if anyone else experienced any issues this week with their Discover CD and IRA accounts? I received several "corrected" tax forms (1099's and 5498's) in the mail with the wrong info. I called and they assured me it was"just" a computer glitch and all would be fixed. Mistakes include the accounts being titled wrong, IRA contribution wrong, and traditional mixed up with Roth type.

Hopefully the "corrected" tax forms will be re-corrected.....😣

Discover recently was taken over by Capital One. Do you think that created the problem? I have discovered customer service at Discover and at Capital One usually is good. Good luck.

@KailaS I asked them that. They admitted that the glitch was their fault, not because of the merger, but who really knows. Yes, usually I have no problem with Discover. I've never had Capital One. Hopefully they clear everything up. Thank you for responding.

Not a CD but I did make a payment to my card through their website the other day and it never posted or came out of my bank account. I filled out the dispute form last night and they've already done a courtesy credit while I wait. I just don't want to pay it again and have it double post.
