I switched from Dish to Direct, and I am finally admitting I made a mistake. I thought I would get used to the different remote (still don't like it), would adapt to the on-screen guide (sooo inconvenient), and enjoy the recording options,,,which I DO like. My screen freezes MANY times a day and many times it takes up to 40 minutes to come on the first thing in the morning. Sometimes the screen just goes black for minutes. Now the picture is going all wonky...maybe satellite signal? I will call tomorrow. But I abhor dealing with stuff like thisSmiley Sad. Have any of you had better luck with Direct?
