I'm curious if anyone else is exeriencing these issues with Direct TV. When we watch recorded shows, the sound volume on these shows is much lower than watching live TV. It seems we are having to turn the volume up even on live TV for the past several months. Everytime we turn the TV on a message that the remote batteries are low and to replace them. Both battery testers show the batteries are fully charged. Our TV is a Samsung and don't seem to have other problems. Just curious as it is such a pain to call Direct. TIA
