Notified that stimulus was deposited on Jan 4 with correct last 4 digits of acct #....still nothing in account..Called bank and they have nothing pending..called IRS (after over 1 hr on hold) they cant tell you anything only to wait and if havent received before Jan 15 to claim on taxes...What a bummer...

@89135. I heard on the news that there was a problem, for people who use preparers like H&R Block. Seems the money was transmitted to them first and they are sending it to their customers. If you used one of these companies, you might call them.

@hippiechick7897 @Kachina624 ...I did use Turbo Tax but this doesnt pertain to me...I had to pay in and used my Bank acct to pay...and IRS shows that they deposited stimulus into MY bank acct...the last 4 digits are my bank acct..so who knows...says they are to mail a letter with additional info on this payment so hopefully I will get some sort of clarification...seems if IRS deposited into my bank that the bank is the one at fault but will wait and see..and yes its a mess everywhere....whew !

@89135 I am not sure that anyone should worry. I received mine in my checking account and I am trying to think of all the ways that I can spend $18.80.

We used H & R Block and our check was deposited last Frida

We file ourselves using Tax Act and had notice last Friday that our refund was 'pending', on Tuesday it was credited to our account.

I used IRS Freefile, aka e-file. My first stimulus check was direct deposited to my checking account right on time. This one for $600 is MIA.
I used the same program to do my son's return last year, and both of his checks came through correctly.
I tried to log in to my e-file account. They said they had to email me a verification code, and it never showed up. So, I assume they are closed, or those accounts used are closed.
It really is a bummer.
