My BF & I decided to go out to dinner this evening. Went to a local steakhouse where we usually have a nice dinner. We were seated in the far end of the restaurant and had to move within minutes because people at another table were letting their small child bang on a plate continuously. We were moved to another area and, after putting in our orders, were continuously disturbed by two other children on the other side of the wall partition. It was really annoying. Why don't parents keep their children under control and have some compassion for other diners! Not everyone thinks its adorable when your child shrieks out "Mama" and "Dada" one hundred times an hour. We should have walked out and went to another restaurant, but it was late and my friend's blood sugar was low and he needed to eat. Next time, I'll give him a glucose tablet and we'll go elsewhere. I feel better now that I vented!
