I have worked out with a trainer, twice a week, for one entire year. I have lost 15 lbs. of fat, but gained 14 lbs. of muscle.
I still am in size 10s, but they are looser and I a very firm.
Is there a "tipping point" re: weight training and dieting?
My trainer told me not to worry...my metabolism is geting faster, I am VERY strong now and in great aerobic shape too (I do the treadmill 3 times a week for an hour each time on my own besides 2 hours a week with weights and machines, kettlebells, etc. with him).
Any advice please?
