Reason for the tongue? She was quoted saying that she doesn't like the way she appears when she's smiling...so it's something different. I just wish she would trade it for a closed-mouth smile...that's where she's the prettiest.

Wasn't a fan of Madonna's shock entertainment in the 80's so I'm not a fan of Miley's now. To each their own.
