Diaper Question

Years ago when my kids were little there was a product called Diaper Doublers. You could insert to the front of the diaper on boys, to prevent them getting drenched when they slept. I can't find them anymore....do they still exist?

If not, is there a diaper out there that keeps boys dry in the front overnight and during naps?
