It was just on the news and they had a large turnout this year. Saw a Firebird that was a wowser! If you could win, let's say, a car, (Price is Right type of win), what would you like to win in a vehicle? Car, truck, cycles, boat, etc.??

A new full-size Dodge Ram pick-up would be a nice surprise for my husband.

As in Pontiac Firebird? I thought Pontiac went the way of Saturn and others. Will they make it as a Chevy or GMC or Buick nameplate?

Qwack, It or they could have. But there was one of those old emblems on the front of the car. The hood I should say. So I have no idea.

America is back as the #1 producer in the world...we are #1 in innovation too.

Interesting. If actual production models will have the old emblem. I looked up some pictures and of course they had the half dressed women draped on, in and around the vehicles.
I like seeing some of the older cars make a comeback . . . like the Dodge Charger and/or Challenger, always like the Camaro, and the Trans-Am Firebirds too. There is a deep dark purple Charger I see around town with LSU themed plates and we don't live in LA and I'm always surprised at just how many of these type cars I see in the dorm parking lots . . . plus all the Lexus, BMW, Volvo etc. etc . . . that the poor college students drive. ![]()

OP, you're right. I just went and looked. Nice looking vehicle. It does have the Pontiac emblem on the front. Interesting!
The North American International Auto Show, known to most as the Detroit auto show, continues to serve as a barometer for the entire industry. This year, we'll expect to see the new 2015 Trans Am Hybrid And 2015 Firebird Hybrid Sports Models. The 2014 Detroit auto show is held at Cobo Hall in Detroit, MI and is open to the public from January 18-26.

We love our charcoal gray 2011 Charger, it still gets glances at the stoplight (hope that's a good thing) Store it in the garage in the winter. And my husband is obsessed with keeping it clean and waxed.
