Thanks for the info Jules. Rodman said to Cuomo ""you don't know what Bae did while in this country...do you know what he did?"" As though he had tried Bae and found him guilty or been influenced by the dictator. Totally irresponsible on his part...condemning Bae. Unless he has some inside information our government doesn't have?

Daivd Stern is the current Commissioner of the NBA and was also interviewed on CNN. He said that the trip was not sanctioned by them or by the State Department and it was done all for a large payday. Here is the interview.

Rodman has brain damage.

He was on Celeb Rehab a couple of yrs. ago when Dr.Drew knew there was more than addiction going on with him so he had tests run and found brain damage.

I watched that video and the other guys look like they're thinking "" what did I get myself into ? ""

Yeah, I heard that in the interview too. I think he was just talking off the cuff and has absolutely no knowledge, but if he did have information pertaining to Bae's imprisonment then he would have an obligation to share that with the US government. Bae has been suffering for over a year now, since November of 2012. The fact Dennis doesn't have any compassion is disgusting to me, especially after he said at first he would try to help. He is completely irresponsible, and I find it hard to believe those other players would be so foolish to jump on board. It must be some hefty paycheck because they are following the Pied Piper. I think some of those players are probably regretting signing up for this gig.

Rodman is an idiot...not very smart at all and easily influenced by slick con artists like him.....why he is allowed to represent our country is sick to me.

He's a disgusting human being, IMO. I think he's totally in love with himself and one of the most conceited people around these days. I wish he would move to North Korea and take up space over there instead of here.

Lack of compassion is correct, yet Dennis is always walking around with a chip on his shoulder and expecting others to always forgive his antics. Surprising he has no compassion for Bae and is only out to line his pockets.

OCFRESH...you are correct, I watched that season...Dennis saw the results of his test...yet would not accept help and was so arrogant in not accepting the help.

foundinlv, Thank you for sharing that interview! David Stern is totally on point and explains the situation perfectly. Dennis might not care about the fallout from this charade, but those other guys were just blinded by $$$$$$$ and I'm sure are only beginning to realize the potential repercussions for their decision to participate.

Dennis should dress up in his make up, white wedding gown and veil while in N Korea. Since they aren't a tolerant country - I wonder how they'd like Dennis in drag. I'm going to shake some trees here - Being a former foster mom, I observed how [some] kids rejected in youth behave in ways where they challenge people to either accept or reject them. They also find acceptance in the weirdest places. Nothing Dennis is doing surprises me.

are taxpayers paying for his trips to North Korea?
