A well deserved verdict.

@Etoile308.  I remember the case now.  It's been so long ago, I thought it was over and done.   Anyway, I see he was found guilty.

Delphi is about an hour from Indy.  I have followed this from day one when Abby and Libby were found.  With as long as the jury deliberated I was afraid of a hung jury.  I feel justice was served in this case.  My heart hurts for their families and I pray their memories will never be forgotten💜🩵

 He allegedly told the psychologist he had a sex addiction and his intentions with the eighth-grade girls were sexual.

The clinical psychologist testified that Allen claimed he molested his sister and experimented sexually with children his age when he was a kid.

The suspect said he saw the girls on the trail and followed them to the bridge. Allen said he did something to his gun and thought that was when the cartridge, which has been a key piece of evidence, came out.

That's when he ordered the girls "down the hill" and wanted to sexually abuse them. But he was startled by a person or van, and that's when Allen ordered the girls across the creek, allegedly slit their throats, and then covered their bodies with tree branches.

These girls were quite young. The court house where he was found guilty is in the city where I was raised and don't live very far from. Delphi is approximately 2 hrs. away but many (including me) from this area believe he is guilty.

Libby and Abby. I have followed this when it happened. 

I will be awaiting sentencing, hope killer never sets foot outside prison again.

I forgot about it.  I was surprised the trial went pretty fast.  The Prosecution has better evidence against Allen then what they have on the University Idaho killer.  

So he was found guilty.  The interest is now in the sentence.

Every time there is a horrible  murder's, i wonder why did the person that did this,family not have reasons to know their true evil personality.

Kind of dreading the idaho murder case now (2025)  The evidence is scant against the suspect.

The evidence we know of is scant. I am just hoping that a lot more evidence will come out in the trial.
