Thanks for your replies I did try the callback number and they did call me back within 5 minutes - much better way to get through they also did give me the $20 credit today. I have been with them since day one as well. I also filled out the feedback form to let them know what was going on.

truthfully, I think weekends and times of high volume they callas are outsourced to home agents. I rarely if ever call CS but had need a while back. Twice I spoke with agents that seemed to work at home, and were preoccupied. I could hear dog in back ground and a small child this call the agent was very preoccupied and frustrated. Poor thing. I know I have had these days. But, caused me a lot of grief with issue I had
