Those of you that have made returns in the last month, how long are you waiting to call customer service for refunds? Realizing that there are delays, do you think 30 days since they have received the package at the return center is enough time to expect a refund?

@GAC65 if they received your return 30 days ago, by all means I would call CS and tell them your return has not been processed.

I have several that were returned on December 27th that are still in transit. Contacted QVC Easy Returns today for a refund.  Included the USPS confirmation schedule pickup receipt they were picked up.

I never call CS about a refund on a return.. I know it will arrive eventually and since I use Easy Pay, so as to not tie up my money, the amount is nominal.

Sure.  But why fret?  If you used a charge card and you haven't received the item by the time you're supposed to pay the statement, dispute the charge, withhold the amount from the payment, and let the credit card issuer handle it.

@GAC65 Email the QVC social team at QVCSocialTeam@qvc.com with the order #(s).  They will take care of it. 

For future returns, you can email QVCEasyReturns@qvc.com when you initially send the return and they will credit you immediately, even before the return is received by QVC.  You need to give them the following information:

Item #
Price 

Item Description 

Color

Size

Reason 

Quantity

Tracking # if QVC Return label not used

I think 30 days makes sense.  I wouldn't wait longer than that or stress myself out by following up too soon.

I’m really disgusted. We pay a lot for returns. I think we should not be charged as much. I’m calling for several items tomorrow. It has been weeks.

The website has even made clicking on returns to see if they have been picked up. Now that has nothing to do with the fire.

i use the qvceasyreturns@qvc.com feature that was mentioned above. you can find all information on the returns page of customer service faqs. it has been mentioned here often and works well.

i received my refund in six days from the time i sent them the email with my order and return information to the time i found the refund back in my account.
