[Bird mama]

Wow, that was fast. November is gone in a blink and we find ourselves in the month of December.

Winifred ~ It's neat that you have lily of the valley growing at this time of year. I have a small patch that pops up during the month of may. My sister has always called the flowers May Bells. I love the smell of lily of the valley and because the stems are so short, usually have multiple juice glasses (as vases) full of lily of the valley all around the house once they bloom.

Possummink ~ How are you feeling? Has your bronchitis/lung infection cleared up? I like autumn and winter best and agree that a little bit of snow really gets me into the holiday mood. I've always been somewhat of a solitary person since birth. I don't know how to explain it. I do well with people and equally well on my own . I feel sad for you.

Stepping Stone ~ It's great that the doctor was able to alleviate just a little smidgeon of your stress. So many doctors don't know how to communicate and sometimes you walk away thinking - was what he or she said a good thing or bad thing? Anytime someone dear to me is dealing with serious health issues I drop weight. I get so preoccupied with caretaking, I actually forget to eat. No joke - tape a note to your cabinet or something to remind yourself to eat.

My car was repaired in record time. I took it in on Monday and picked it up on Friday. Car accident information must be posted somewhere public. I received unsolicited literature from ambulance chaser lawyers this week. Must admit it freaked me out. My agent is working with the other driver's insurance company to see if they will reimburse me the deductible amount I paid since the other driver was at fault. (keeping my fingers crossed).

Some animal flipped the birdbath at the beginning of the week. Nothing was trapped under the lid this time. My nerves were still shot - second time this happened around midnight.
