Another Tornado hit the St. Louis area today, this time I had to go down to the basement !  It was a EF- 0  and no loss of life thank the Lord but there were some trees down and some minor home damage per the news. Yesterday the weather man said no expected severe weather, just rain but that changed. This time the tornado was very close to where I live.  

Mother nature, please make it stop and move us on to summer ! PLEASE !!

I'm glad no one was hurt.

I was still in bed this morning when wind and rain hit the north side of the house (where my bed is) and it felt like it could have knocked the house down.  The rain and wind lasted maybe 10 minutes, if that, but it was so hard.  I bet the wind was 60mph.  It left as quickly as it hit.  Here we are in June and I still haven't had to water the lawn

@Goodie2shoes we are right there with you.  Glad you are okay. I live in Springfield, and while we didn't have any tornados with this last bout of rain, we have had some historic flooding, got more rain over the last two days, and more rain is expected tomorrow!  The faucet needs to be turned off!

@Ainhisg  please stay safe as well !!  They have now updated yesterday's Tornado from EF0 to EF1.  More storms expected tomorrow heavy focused south of here but they are saying it's possible they will move further north. Mother Nature is not very nice right now !
