Dealing with a mean cat

So this cat is the daughter of a stray cat that wondered in here a couple years ago. I'm not sure if the momma was actually feral since she wasn't too scared of me when she got here. Anyway about a year ago this cat just started striking my other cats with her paw. It got them quite scared. Then she disappeared for about 4 months. When she came back she was pregnant. Her babies are 5 months old now and she's meaner then ever. Anytime she's on the porch she''ll hit a cat and sometimes knock them off the porch. The small kittens don't understand and they look really puzzled. I generally don't get in the middle of a little cat fight but I'm getting tired of this and want it to end. This cat is never mean to me or my dog. Any suggestions.
