David Tuttera on The View

He was on today talking about his divorce. He and his Ryan husband filed for divorce while waiting for a surrogate to deliver their twins. One baby had Ryan's DNA and the other baby had David's DNA. While they are hashing out the divorce, each took "their" own child to raise. It seems a sad that the babies are separated. Did anyone else see this?
