Re: Daughter's friends at Charles' Garden Party comments

All of us have an opinion and are expressing it.  I personally don't see anything wrong with a lively discussion.  We all won't agree on everything.

I think things are much simpler here. I have read that Harry fell for her while watching “Suits” show. I watched this show for years and liked Maghan there, she is very very se.y  charachter there with a lot of love making scenes.  It is a good show with a lot of good looking people and likable personalities. No wonder that Harry fell for her. I also have read that it was an arranged date. He was ready for romance and she was probably too especially his candidacy was desired  especially.

As long as they love each other..... i wish them all the best.

@SANNA - Like @pitdakota said, I also read an interview where he said he did not know who she was when they met and he had never seen Suits. He also has said he fell for her right away. That was probably true because he asked her to go to Botswana with him about 4 weeks later. They were set up by a mutual friend.

Harry had been in love with his longtime girlfriend Chelsy Davy, but she did not want the royal life. Some say he was also in love with Cressida Bonas, who also did not want to be a royal. Here's a picture of Chelsy at the wedding. No matter what, and I'm sure she's happy he found someone, but it had to be a little hard for her to be there.

One user captured Chelsy Davy's shocked face with the caption 'When your ex shows up at your wedding'

It is total bs. I personally read his interview saying that he watched the show and fell fo her. I cannot blame him. Shewas very hot there. And btw everybody watches American shows. Everywhere.

You are completely off base. Watch their engagement interview. He clearly states out of his own mouth he had NO IDEA who she was. He had never heard of the show and never heard of Meghan Markle.

For her part, she knew who he was, but was not a tabloid follower. The first question she asked was "is he nice?".

You can say what you want, it is your right, just as i have my right to have my opinion.

May be you think she has never  heard of prince Harry either. Come on!

@SANNAYOU ARE WRONG. You can have an opinion, but you are not entitled to make up your own facts. Also, I didn't say she didn't know who he was. Re-read my post. She knew who he was but asked if he was nice.

Harry had never heard of Meghan before and he SAYS IT in the engagement interview at 3:39. The link to the interview is posted below.

He says "And no I 'd never watched suits. I'd never heard of Meghan before."

Good grief.

Harry seems like a sweet boy-man, but the assessment of who seems to be in charge doesn't surprise me nor does the theory that he was smitten by her differences compared to what he is used to. Whether she'll be the making of the man or whether it'll all unravel remains to be seen.

@SANNA- it's not that I want you to be wrong. The truth can be heard from the Prince's own mouth in the YouTube video I posted of their official engagement interview. He says it at the 3 minute 39 second mark.

Actually, the entire interview is very, very good and gives you some insights into the both of them and their relationship. It's worth watching.

This is all silly gossip. It's weird how complete strangers talk about them as if they know them personally.

That gesture, hand on the back, is what a mother/father does to their child to control or move them along, it's a dominant gesture. I would never do that to my husband and I have never seen Kate do it to William.

@occasionalrain----perhaps you should change your nic to perpetual rain....
