It is exciting and kinda sad at the same time. This year for the Valedictorian speech they had an audition. 10 kids had to write a speech and say it in front of teachers. My daughter got runner up and will do roll call. It was so close. She is happy to be a runner up though Her graduation will be from 7 pm to 10 pm. She will get to perform with her chorus a last time but will not get to play with the orchestra this time. I remember crying when she finished Kindergarden and then graduated from elementary school. Now she is graduating High School. The time is going so fast. I wish we could slow it down.
