Is that -4 the chill factor????? We got down to 5 here in the St. Louis area.....and it is still there. They were saying on the weather report last night that the chill factors would really be low. They said the chill here would be about -14. We had freezing rain, then snow.....the snow was not deep, but it sure caused a lot of accidents on the roads and highways in and out of the St. Louis area. It is supposed to warm up in the middle of the week, and Christmas is supposed to be 40. Can live with that temp..... I know I would be wearing my down coat if I had to go out.....but I won't be going any place for now.

No. Real temp. At 5 pm last night, it was five below here in Iowa. I grew up in St. Louis county and rarely buttoned a winter coat! Five degrees there is very low.
