I think I'm more used to the King Harvest version, but this other is good!  Last year I heard a slower version of it on the radio - not sure who did it, but it was great.

What memories! This song was a favorite in the college dorm. Walking down the hall - hearing it blast from rooms and smiling. I wanted to play this song at my late 1970s wedding reception.... (Long story. Hubs' pentecostal mom didn't approve - insisted on no dancing - even stomped her foot -- which could be a form of dancing if she stomped fast enough. I wasn't brave enough to speak up in my 20s. I may play this song at her funeral. Okay - a little mid-week humor. Please don't take me seriously) 

Also a favorite song in high school was Brandy - By Looking Glass. Such sweet memories this morning (except for that wedding reception trigger). Thank you, Cherry. Good day to you.

Omg I heard this before when my 20 something young man was hanging in the garage. I started dancing and singing and he says "you know all the words...you know Toploader". I knew dancing in the moonlight first son! 

what I love is the song is so simple and I love the new version with a great backbeat💃
