A dear friend of mine has an e-cig, it's not one of those but one of e-cigs that you put liquid into yourself. It did the trick for her. They have many flavors, different levels of nicotine or no nicotine at all. When she smokes it, it gives off a lot of vapor and it feels like the real thing to her. Go to a Vapor Store and talk with them, they will set you up. Good luck to you, you can do it!

Not always; some people have an easier time of it than others. Whatever helps you quit is fine.

Hey ~ Go to white cloud e cig on the net. Look at the FLING Disposable (not the Mini). They have sales. You can quit with this one. Only one better (IMO) is the NJOY, but they are high priced, and don't last long. You can go from high nicotine, all the way to no nicotine with the FLING. Hope this helps. Mistic

Life doesn't come with guarantees that you'll get to the end without issues, but giving up cigarettes is certainly as good a thing you can do for yourself as I can think of. I wish you the strength to go forward and succeed.

Rainbows and Roses... They do work, it's just that they are nowhere near as strong as a real cigarette. That's what Brandonlee is experiencing. When I recommended that one to her, I told her straight up that she wouldn't be happy with it and that it was just to take the edge off and hold her over until she received an order from another vendor.

I have been using e cigs for three months now and have not had a cigarette since.
Goggle e cigarettes and you will fine a lot of places to buy them. My favorite site is Halo.
Saving a lot of money and feeling a whole lot better. Good luck!
