Daily call on my cell phone

I get a call every day from "unknown". Does this mean they are blocking their caller ID or could this be a call from a telemarketer?

I've been tempted to answer but haven't. It's been going on for a few weeks now.

My feeling is that if they really want to talk to me, they'd leave a message.

Anyone?
