I had a great thanksgiving when it came to being with loved ones but the food was HORRIBLE! I sure would love some of your soup and bread right about now, GLORIAJEAN.

Danky - sorry about the horrible food! What was horrible? Were you at a restaurant? Sometimes that can be horrible. I would LOVE to share my turkey soup with you and bread. Come on over!!!

We were at my VEGAN daughter's house.....30 meat eaters and she served, ready for it ? , Tofurky ! The side dishes were disgusting, the pies were under or over cooked and a cat was walking around on top of the set table ! It will certainly go down as one our most memorable Thanksgivings but it won't become a new tradition. We DID have a good time, Goriajean, and we were all very, very happy to share the day with each other......we left there looking for the nearest Wendy's !!

Danky - we have a vegetarian daughter too. The one who lives in Texas. Before they moved to Texas they lived in St. Paul, MN and had us over for Thanksgiving then, too, and she made Tofurky!! Her side dishes were good, and I brought the potatoes etc. Her Tofurky isn't the best - you miss the real thing, but it was tolerable, I remember.
