Hello my friends! We are going to meet Darla and Greg tonight at 9:00 at Applebees an hour away - just got a text that they are on the plane and it will land on time! They are flying in for a Wedding, and she sent us the wedding gifts so we can bring them when we see them. She is matron of honor - her former roommate. It's been raining the last 2 days, but it seems to have let up now - better for driving! Another blessing, Georgia came today and I got my color again - nice red! So many blessings - Georgia also does my foot - scrapes it for the plantars wart there - and says I have at least 2 and a third one coming - what to do? Too expensive for the doctor - Medicare won't pay for that. We'll see. There's got to be a solution. I got this thing from a pool at a gym years ago. Please pray it goes away - I know this is such a small thing, but sometimes it hurts when I walk on it - Anyway - I'm asking for prayers for the right decision - which way God wants to heal it!

Gloria, hope your foot gets healed soon.I prayed for your foot.

Blessings that Jesus always answers prayers. It may not be the way we wanted, but He knows best what is good for us. It looks like rain here. It is 53 right now. Going up to the 60's today.

May God answer all your prayers.

Who Ate the Cookies? - unknown

A little boy had just polished off all the cookies in the kitchen. His mother came in, and seeing the empty jar and the crumbs, said to the wee lad, "Son, who ate the cookies?"

The little fellow replied, "an animal did."

"What kind of animal?" his mother asked.

Hi Gloria.... about the plantar warts. If you have any kind of pain with them, Medicare will cover their removal if you make sure that the doctor's office codes their removal correctly. From what I have read, if the physician's office codes them incorrectly that is why they are not covered. You shouldn't have to walk around with them because I know how painful they can be. I ended up having a chemotherapy drug put into the one I had because the over the counter meds didn't work. It worked and it never came back. I think I picked it up in the gym.

Bobbiesue - Thanks for your prayers for the healing of my plantars wart. It's there for so many years, but we are fighting it all the time, trying everything. Now I'm having Linus put super glue on it so it doesn't get moved like duct tape does. I've got to remember now there's more than just one to fight!! Appreciate all prayers!!! We have a nicer day here today too! Rain is done, sun is out!

Cakers - Right - we have just as much rights as the next person to post - and who cares? We are here first! Yes, that $20 bill sure hits home alot, doesn't it? Thanks for your posts!

Juanita - that was really cute!! It reminds me of when a little girl misbehaved in Church and the father was carrying her out, and she said in a loud voice - "You can't spank one of God's little lambs".

Serenity - I'll certainly look into that. I have an appointment with the dr. May 30 for a physical, and will talk to her about it. All I know is that I went to a foot specialist some years ago, and found out we had to pay the full price because medicare won't pay for plantars warts. Got this from a gym pool taking aqua aerobics. Thank you for your post.

Bobbiesue - If you could tell the first name, I can put it on my prayer line. But let's all pray for that person who has cancer whose wife is on the beauty forum. I never go there, so didn't see it.
