This is from the ABC DWTS discussion forum:
""Glenn Close's daughter Annie Starke is best friends with Rumer Willis.""
I thought that was Glenn Close!!!

Rumer looks like Glenn Close I thought.
I did see Demi for the first time, never noticed her before. She looks the same except for the teeth. Those *too perfect* teeth. Same for Rumer.....same dentist.

I don't understand how good dancers, like Riker & Willow can end up in jeopardy, even though they are not the lowest vote getters? They both are doing great!...How in the world can they end up in jeopardy, while Suzanne & Patti remain safe?
Can someone explain this to me?...Is it just done to add drama?
The judges also show favoritism! I feel that they have been very hard on Chris, who I think is actually doing pretty good for a farmer boy whose only experience is working on his farm in Iowa!
I'm surprised at Suzanne...I actually thought that she would do pretty good, but she is very stiff and rigid and it's uncomfortable watching her, yet the judges praise her?
Patti is loose and shaking all over the place, not exactly what I would call dancing, yet the judges praise her also?
Meanwhile, the other dancers are getting critiqued about every single stance and move!
Noah leaves me speechless! Absolutely amazing and such a wonderful inspiration and example of the strength and endurance of the human spirit! His story was so touching.
Val & Rumer are fantastic together! Every dance is absolutely perfect to me!
I love this show, although preferred the original two night format, as it seems to move much too fast now which takes away from fully enjoying it as much...rather it quickly moves from the dance to the judging to the scores and...whoosh...off to another couple...quite breathless! lol

I agree and Patti and Suzanne both need to go-Suzanne is too stiff, and Patti moves her arms and hands and her feet very little.I mean don't get me wrong, I think for their age they look great, but they are not Ballroom Dancing!!!!Riker and Willow are doing fantastic-both of them-yet every week they seem to be in jeopardy-maybe it is done for excitement, but hopefully they will stay on. Rumer and Val are my favorites though-every week they just seem to do better and better, and Rumer looks so graceful in her movements-it doesn't seem forced at all........

Those couples that are in jeopardy do not necessarily have the lowest scores. It's done for drama.
Over the next few weeks Patti, Suzanne, and Chris will be gone.

JMFINLEY & muttmom...I just saw your replies and wanted to be sure to acknowledge them.
Yes, they are definitely placing good dancers in jeopardy just to add drama...However, I find it very unnecessary and insensitive to the couples who aren't really in jeopardy...just go by the votes as it should be done.
Also, I would think that the couples would be aware that this is what is being done as they, obviously, know what their rankings are and where they stand on the scoreboard!
Okay, will check in on the thread next week...definitely time for either Suzanne or Patti to go!
