I seem to hear a lot of people saying they can't decide on which program to watch. So, I'm wondering how many of you use your DVR? I tape most everything and watch very little live. The best part is being able to ff through the commercials. I also use the pause feature a lot. Love it!! I pay so much for comcast that I'm using it all!

I got rid of mine. It is a HUGE power hog...one of the highest power users in your house.

I use On Demand now instead.

We use it all the time and very seldom watch live. Also use it a lot to record cable shows at other times since there is so much ""bumping "" heads with multiple programs on at the same time. DH also uses the rewind feature to rewatch segments. We really miss it when we're somewhere it's not available.

We were away for the weekend a couple weeks ago, and I was looking for the rewind button on the remote. LOL

Once you get used to having that feature, it's hard to watch TV without it.

Unfortunately you need WiFi for on demand which is not available where we live other than satellite. Another huge expense.

If I can't watch it when it is on -- or via On Demand, I just don't watch it.

Terrier I did not know that. I should reconsider my tv viewing and watch On Demand
