DOGGIE "PEE PADS"

Has anyone here ever used them? As winter approaches I am thinking about getting these for times when the weather gets really bad. I have a very well- behaved little guy who wouldn't go inside the house for anything. I am concerned that if he starts using these pads, he might think it's ok to go elsewhere in the house. Any thoughts?
